- Blanchir les œufs avec le sucre jusqu'à ce qui double de volume.
- Ajoutez le mascarpone.
- Mélangez jusqu à obtenir une crème lisse et homogène.
- Faites couler un café.
- Dans un moule ou en verrine imbiber de café les biscuits et superposer les couches de façon à avoir biscuits / crème.
- Détourner la recette en mettant spéculos émietté et framboises.
- Un pur délice.
- N'oubliez pas de mettre au frais au minimum 3h.
- Idéal quand vous avez un repas un peu lourd😜.
