- Séparez les jaunes des blancs et montez les blancs à part.
- Réservez, mélangez les jaunes et le sucre et le zeste d'orange puis rajoutez le mascarpone.
- Mélangez les blancs montés avec le mascarpone doucement et réservez. Prenez votre plat, mouillez le boudoir avec le café et placez-les les un à côté des autres. Rajoutez une couche de crème et ainsi de suite j'usqua la fin dernière couche de crème mettez vos copeaux de chocolat et réserver dans le frigo 3h mettez des cacahuètes pistaches hâchées au choix.
